Silencing The Inner Critic Meditation Workshop
Many of us have a tendency to be excessively self-critical with self doubt and lacking confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realize our full potential in life. On this half day workshop we will learn how to use meditation to experience the freedom of letting go of self critical thoughts, self doubt, and feelings of discouragement.
