Parents and Toddlers Class

These classes are suitable for parents with babies and toddlers. They consist of a short talk and a guided meditation to help parents relax, unwind, and develop a peaceful mind. The babies remain with the parents during the class. After the class parents are invited to socialize in our beautiful World Peace Café.
