Learn To Meditate Workshop
An inspiring half day workshop and wonderful opportunity to learn about the practice of Buddhist meditation. Suitable for beginners. Discover simple meditation techniques to clear the mind, reduce mental tension and busyness, and experience peace within. The workshop will include practical tips on improving our ability to meditate and how to start a daily meditation practice. Participants generally sit on chairs, but we have cushions available for those who wish to meditate sitting on the floor.
