Information:

Create inner space in your mind during your lunch break! These lunchtime meditations are suitable for everyone. They consist of a short talk on meditation followed by a guided meditation to set you up nicely for a tranquil day. You are welcome to stay for lunch afterwards in our World Peace Café. The classes are taught by various teachers from Bodhisattva Centre
