This course will be taught by visiting teacher Gen Kelsang Jigme, Resident Teacher at Jampel Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Canterbury. He has been studying and teaching Buddhism for many years. His teachings come from deep experience of practising meditation, and are clear and accessible.
