Inner Wealth of Compassion
Through awakening our compassion we improve our good heart, peace of mind, and empathy for others. Compassion makes our actions positive and meaningful and brings greater fulfilment, harmony, and happiness into our life.
On this course we will learn how to practice meditation on compassion, together with visualization and prayers to Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion (Tibetan Chenrezig), so that we can increase our power to help ourselves and others and make our greatest contribution to world peace.
