Choose happiness by learning 5 powerful states of mind that naturally give rise to inner strength and quality of life. Each class will introduce and explain a new habit, and will include two guided meditations and a short teaching. There will be refreshments after the class. Everyone is welcome to attend. Join anytime. £7 per class, £1 for parking.
