Taught by visiting teacher and Buddhist Monk Gen Pagpa, this weekend meditation course will be a practical commentary to the renowned Buddhist teaching on the “Three Principal Aspects of The Path”.  The Three Principal Aspects of the Path, originally taught by Buddhist Master Je Tsongkhapa,  is a brief and yet profound and practical guide to meditation and how to find deep and lasting inner peace, open our heart, and realise all of the stages of the path to enlightenment.

This course will guide us through understanding the three essential aspects of all Buddha’s 84,000 teachings, helping us to deepen our experience of each stage of the path. By increasing our wisdom we will improve our practice and gradually progress toward the ultimate peace of enlightenment.

In this weekend course we will look at:

  • Deepening our desire to fulfil our true potential
  • Learning how to develop a supremely good heart
  • Gaining a deeper understanding of the true nature of reality

The retreat venue

The environment of Bodhisattva KMC is very relaxing, and there is plenty of time between retreat sessions to enjoy our café, to meet and chat with other retreaters and the community of Bodhisattva KMC, and to enjoy walking and gentle strolls along the Brighton and Hove sea front and promenade. The peaceful surroundings of Bodhisattva KMC help people to create a comfortable space within their own minds.
