Eastbourne Meditation & Mindfulness Classes
Our Buddhist meditation classes give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. In each class there are guided meditations and an inspiring talk on an aspect of Buddhist philosophy and its relevance to our modern daily lives. Everyone is welcome to attend these classes. Seating is on chairs, however for those who prefer sitting on the floor you are most welcome to bring your own cushions.

Attending on a drop-in basis
Our meditation classes can be attended on a drop-in basis and you do not need to book in advance. You are welcome to join at any point as each class is self contained. Below are the dates for the next classes.
