East Grinstead Meditation & Mindfulness Classes
Our Buddhist meditation classes give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. In each class there are guided meditations and a talk on an aspect of Buddhist philosophy and its relevance to our modern daily lives. Everyone is welcome to attend these classes. Seating is on chairs or cushions.
