      This event is free.  Arrive early to ensure you are able to sit in the main meditation room.  There will be a video link in the second meditation hall for overflow

      Pre-registration is required.  Registration will be available in a few days.

    This free talk is an opportunity to learn about the lineage and main practises of Modern Buddhism.  Gen Thekchen, our resident teacher, will explain how Modern Kadampa Buddhism is particularly appropriate for those wishing to engage in sincere spiritual training during these challenging times.  He will give a clear overview of what Kadampa Buddhism is and what it has to offer to the people of this modern world who are seeking real peace and happiness and a solution to their problems.  Everyone is welcome to attend.   Please arrive early to ensure you have a seat in the main meditation hall as there will be a video link in the overflow room.

    The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class, over free refreshments in our beautiful World Peace Café.
