Buddhist Meditation Classes (Brighton)
These buddhist meditation classes explore different Buddhist meditation topics such as mindfulness, loving kindness, karma, past and future lives, compassion, patience, wisdom and how we can practically apply them in daily life to solve our problems. The classes conclude with light refreshments afterwards in our beautiful World Peace Cafe.
How to attend
Everyone is welcome and you do not need to book in advance to attend our courses. Listed below are the dates of the next meditation courses. Our classes can also be attended on a drop-in basis. See further down for individual drop-in class dates.
