Everyone is welcome. These introductory meditation classes are taught by Gen Chodor, the Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva KMC, and are suitable for everyone. They explore different Buddhist meditation topics such as mindfulness, loving kindness, compassion, patience, wisdom, and how we can practically apply them in daily life to solve our problems. The classes conclude with light refreshments afterwards in our beautiful World Peace Cafe.
